Henry De La Paz is an internationally recognized hair stylist, hair colorist, educator and hair longevity expert with 30 years of experience spanning Los Angeles, New York, Paris, London, India and Japan. Throughout his career, he has worked in-house with luxury fashion houses including Chanel, Thom Browne and Caroline Herera---representing a generation of artists who helped shape beauty within some of the world’s most influential brands.
At just 20 years old De La Paz began his education career with Toni & Guy, a milestone that led to national education and leadership roles with Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon & Spa, Prive, Mario Tricoci, Wella and Warren Tricomi. As part of Warren Tricomi’s international growth, Henry supported the brand’s expansion into India, working alongside global teams to elevate education and professional standards.
After relocating to Los Angeles to work in film, and later establishing himself in New York during the Gossip Girl era, De La Ruz became a trusted artist for celebrities, editors, luxury brands and private clients worldwide.
