Getting a start in Los Angeles, Kevin Starr worked his way up in the Beverly Hills color scene at Meche Salon where he built up his skills on dimensional blondes, rich brunettes, and natural reds. Kevin’s philosophy is that every client should have their hair customized to their own unique features, and that healthy hair is always a top priority. His mission is to bring his color expertise to New York City, and to continue to elevate the hair color world through his work.
